In addition to architecture, engineering, and interior design, Ramaker has another unique product in our Cemetery Information Management System (CIMS). Due to our success and growth, we are seeking an experienced professional to continue growing the CIMS software client base. The creation of this role is an integral part of our growth strategy and will manage the complete sales cycle. The CIMS team is a small team of seven, which means the work you do will be impactful to the business and to our clients. There are a lot of cemetery owners who need your help! You will help them understand the benefits of transitioning from an outdated paper record-keeping system to an innovative software solution. You will have the comfort of knowing that once you’ve convinced the cemetery owners that they need this software, you can turn them over to our dedicated team of employee-owners who will deliver the services you promised them.
This position could be fully remote, but preference will be given to applicants within driving distance of the Madison, WI area. In this role, you will be representing CIMS at trade shows and conferences, which means travel across the nation could be up to 25% yearly and 50% monthly, with some weekend travel required.
Someone who is successful in this role will love talking to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting technical solutions that overcome their challenges. Experience in the cemetery or death care industry, as well as experience working with databases and geographic information systems (GIS) is necessary to jump right into this role and start creating efficiencies for cemetery owners across the nation.
