However, some cemeteries—typically those with a large sales staff—require a more sophisticated CRM. That’s why the CIMS team built an integration for the world-class CRM software Salesforce.

Now, when your staff is reaching out to potential customers and would like to track every communication or touchpoint with those customers, you can use Salesforce to track those interactions while having the data linked to a CIMS customer record.

Note: Cemeteries must be using a cloud-based CIMS product in order to use the Salesforce CRM Integration feature.
